Hugh has over 25 years’ experience advising on corporate transactions. His expertise includes advising private companies, boards, entrepreneurs, families, private equity investors and government bodies on divestiture, merger and acquisition transactions, and capital raising across a broad range of industries. Prior to working in corporate finance, Hugh spent 15 years in the brokerage industry, managing retail portfolios and laterally providing institutional sales coverage for Western Canada for a national underwriter of emerging growth and technology companies.
Hugh holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
